  Always prompt and courteous service when mailing packages from this location. I also reported recent damage to my mail box brick and supervisor visit my home to investigate if mail carrier could unknowingly have caused which absolved my mail carrier. Again, courteous and prompt concern for me as a mail customer. Guessing all the negative & low star ratings due to simply some who can never be satisfied or that only those giving ratings have something to put our post office down about.

  I've never been treated more unprofessionally. These people will tell you anything to get you off the phone or out of the door. Our mail carrier delivered important docs to our mailbox that has a lock on it (we are waiting for a key and I was told it would take 7-10 days) and they say there isn't anything they can do to get my mail. I was told "It's really not our fault you moved so maybe talk to your landlord." The way the Supervisor, Earl, was treating me was very disrespectful and uncalled for. I will be sending my packages to work from now on because these people do not care about their customers.

  This is the worst post office ever this people have no customer service at all, especially this guy named earl. He wouldn't let me talk and explain to him the situation. Until I got mad and I asked him to shut up and let me talk and when I said if he did I will call his manager tomorrow he said oh well I don't care and he just hanged up. He wouldn't even go back to check why my package was on hold.

  Please just close this location. Its awful. I drive to lexington to do my business anymore. The Nicholasville location is a joke.
