  "Yup's" review nailed it on the head. If you retain Mark Miller as your attorney, DO NOT expect to be kept informed about proceedings, DO NOT expect return phone calls or communication, DO NOT expect courtesy, DO NOT expect anything but an unwelcoming scowl from his secretary (whom will tell you she knows nothing, but will leave another message for Mark which, in turn, is never answered), and DO NOT expect your interest(s) to be well represented. All in all a horrible experience and I believe I'd have had a better outcome had I represented myself.   This may just be our experience, but we found Mr. Miller difficult to work with. We could never get a hold of him- just his secretary (who seemed annoyed with us every time we called). He did not return our calls. None of the advice he gave us was clear, we didn't feel he was acting on our behalf, nor did he make it clear what we were expected to do to further our case. We eventually found another lawyer with whom we were very pleased.
